The project aims to undertake a systematic review of the evidence regarding tenant participation and activism in the Private Rented Sector (PRS). The review will include all English-language international evidence from peer-reviewed and grey literature sources published since the year 2000. It will focus on three specific objectives: ?To provide a state-of-the-art global summary of tenant participation and activism in PRS contexts ?To review the evidence of ‘what works’ in terms of impacts of tenant participation on policy, practice and outcomes for tenants ?To disseminate these findings to tenant’s rights organisations, policy makers and housing organisations/landlords
